Medical-grade detachable stretcher bed
1.The standard configuration includes an aluminum alloy folding stretcher that meets national emergency medical standards. It allows for quick separation and single-person push-pull transport, directly connecting to hospital emergency beds and operating tables, eliminating the need for secondary handling and minimizing secondary injuries to fracture patients, post-operative patients, and critically ill patients.
2.The stretcher bed is equipped with a high-density waterproof and antibacterial soft mattress with a smooth, non-porous surface. It can be directly wiped and disinfected with alcohol or chlorine-based disinfectants, fully complying with hospital infection control requirements. The mattress has an anti-slip treatment to prevent the patient from sliding during transport.
3.The standard configuration includes four sets of high-strength adjustable safety straps, which can be flexibly secured according to the patient's body shape and injury location, eliminating the risk of displacement and falls during transport. The stretcher also features folding safety railings on both sides for easy loading and unloading; these railings can be raised during transport.

1) Payment Procedure for Custom Production
1. This model is exclusively custom-made for overseas markets with no ready stock. A 50% prepayment is required upon order placement. Only after the factory receives the payment will we arrange material cutting, assembly and production.
2. Once the whole vehicle is fully completed, we will send high-resolution real photos and a complete operation test video to the customer for verification of appearance, configuration, functions and dimensions.
3. After the customer confirms the vehicle meets all requirements, the remaining balance must be paid in full. Once the full payment arrives, our warehouse will arrange packing, customs declaration and booking for overseas shipment. No shipment will be arranged until the full balance is settled.
4. If the customer unilaterally cancels the order midway through production, the prepayment will not be refunded, as costs for raw materials, labor and custom processing losses have already been incurred.
2) After-sales Policy for Returns & Exchanges
1. We will arrange spare part reshipment, maintenance or other negotiated after-sales solutions only if the vehicle has factory workmanship defects, damaged parts or production quality issues, verified by real photos or videos taken upon goods arrival.
2. Custom vehicles are manufactured exclusively according to the customer's specified configuration, color and modification requirements, and cannot be resold a second time. Rejection, return or refund will not be accepted if there are no factory quality problems.
3. Return requests arising from the customer's personal reasons (including mismatched personal preference, wrong configuration selection, inconsistent intended usage, market fluctuation, post-order requirement changes, etc.) will not be accepted.
4. Please double-check the vehicle model, color, spare parts, modification plan and shipment standard before placing your order and paying the prepayment. Any extra costs caused by last-minute configuration changes after final confirmation shall be borne by the customer.
