1). Reach out to our customer service team to finalize freight, product model, configuration, quantity, and other specific details (you may also select your own freight forwarding service);
2). We will provide a proforma invoice reflecting your final selections, inclusive of all product specifics;
3). A 30% payment needs to be arranged to our bank account, post which we initiate product preparation for production (the production cycle typically spans 10 days, tailored to your order's configuration and quantity);
4). Upon product completion, settle the remaining payment, and we will coordinate forwarder delivery (alternatively, we can provide necessary details for self-arranged forwarder transportation).
5). Our customer service will diligently track your product's journey, notifying you of its imminent arrival, ensuring you are well-prepared for customs clearance and related processes.
6). Upon receiving your items, our dedicated after-sales team stands ready to assist with any follow-up feedback or support you may require.
2.What is the warranty?
