A. What payment methods do you accept?

1. We support multiple mainstream payment options, including T/T (bank wire transfer), Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance.

2. A 30% deposit is required for bulk orders, and the remaining balance shall be settled before shipment.

3. For small trial orders, Paypal is available for your convenience, while extra transaction fees shall be borne by buyers.

B. How long is your production lead time?

1. Stock items can be shipped out within 3 working days after we receive your deposit.

2. Customized orders normally take 10-18 working days, and the exact time depends on your customization demands and order volume.

3. Peak shopping seasons like Christmas may bring slight delays, and our customer service will inform you of schedule changes in advance.

C. Can I customize product logos, packaging or specifications?

1. OEM & ODM customization services are both accessible for our clients. You can print your brand logo on products and outer packages.

2. You are allowed to adjust product parameters such as color, material and functional configurations as long as your requirements meet our production standards.

3. Extra mould and packaging costs will be quoted separately for personalized designs, and larger orders can cut down unit customization expenses.

D. What warranty do you offer for the products?

1. All regular products enjoy a 12-month warranty counting from the date of shipment.

2. Within the warranty period, we provide free replacement for defects caused by manufacturing faults, excluding damages from improper operation, man-made breakage or transport accidents.

3. Our after-sales staff will offer detailed troubleshooting guidance whenever you encounter usage problems.

E. How about shipping choices and shipping fees?

1. We cooperate with trusted sea, air and express courier forwarders to match different delivery timelines. Sea freight is the most cost-saving choice for bulky bulk goods.

2. Shipping cost is determined by product weight, package dimension, destination port as well as delivery methods.

3. Buyers can designate their own freight forwarders to arrange pickup from our warehouse freely.

F. Am I able to order samples first before bulk purchase?

1. Sample orders are warmly welcomed to help you test product quality beforehand.

2. Sample fee and express delivery freight need to be paid upfront; we can refund the sample charge when you confirm your subsequent bulk order.

3. Normal sample preparation takes 3 to 7 working days based on your customization requirements.

G. How do you handle damaged goods during transportation?

1. We adopt reinforced shockproof packaging to lower the possibility of transit breakage.

2. If breakage emerges upon arrival, please send us unboxing photos and videos within 7 workdays after receiving parcels.

3. We will negotiate with logistics providers for compensation, and arrange replacements for qualified damaged items.
